Twisters Parties 

All Parties get exclusive use of the apparatus

All parties are self Catering

   All parties include use of our giant mega slide...’Big Dipper’

Party packages are for up to 24 children.

Larger parties can be catered for with a maximum of 40 children.

 (This will incur an additional charge of £4 per head for numbers exceeding 24, and an extra £15 for numbers between 25 - 32 children. There will be another additional £15 charge for number between 33 - 40.)

 1 hour on the apparatus then 30 mins for food.

Parties for infants 0-3 years & age  4/5 (preschool)

Book an ‘open play’ party session where children can explore the gym and all its obstacles in a safe environment.

 All children attending the party must be accompanied by an adult who will help support throughout the party. 

Baby toys and the inflatables will also be blown up throughout the session

School Age Parties (Primary 1 upwards)

Our school age parties give children an amazing experience along with all the excitement that come with gymnastics.

 After a fun warm up the children will go onto the pieces of apparatus and inflatables, encouraged  and supervised by our coaches.

Party Information

On arrival, you can expect a meet, greet, and induction from one of our staff.  This is very important as safety is paramount.

At the end of their gym time, the children will go to the Rwister's tea- bar for their party food for 30 minutes. Access back onto the Twisters apparatus is not permitted.  

Please note that Twisters parties are self-catering, and food is not provided by Twisters.

Important - you will have exclusive use of the apparatus where no other groups can access your party, 

Please note that priority is given to you whilst on the gymnastics apparatus but not to the whole facility as the tea bar area is split into two areas.

 You will be allocated 1 of the areas on arrival for your food.

 (If there is a party in after or before yours, they will be allocated the other area and will start to arrive 10 mins prior to their start time.) 

You will have 15 minutes for clear up after your guests have left.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of £90  will be taken on booking to secure the slot. Full payment can be made now if you wish, or the remainder of the balance is to be paid by bank transfer anytime after the deposit has been received but no later than 48 hours prior to your party.

Exclusive use of Twisters apparatus.

30 mins in tea bar area for self-catering food.

Free unlimited Black currant Juice, orange juice and water.

Juice and water dispensers

Reusable cups

Reusable plates

Knife for cutting cake

lighter for candles

Use of kitchen (microwave available)  

 Tea or coffee £1 per serving or £10 unlimited servings for you guests

     Please note that we only have enough seats and table space for the children eating their food.  

If there are any adults attending on top of the children, they will have to vacate their table to allow the children to eat.

-      Children must come appropriately dressed for an active session

-      Parents must NOT participate within the session, only to support or gently play with children

-     Food, Cake, napkins and party bags are NOT provided by Twisters

All guests and younger siblings/family members remain the responsibility of the parent/host and not Twisters Academy of Gymnastics.

Food and drink are not permitted in the gymnastics activity area. 

Please also ensure that all outdoor footwear is removed before entering the gymnastics activity area.
