 GYMNASTICS PARTICIPATION WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in open play gymnastics, tumbling, and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, overexertion, sprains, fractures, or more serious injuries. I acknowledge that I/my child am/is voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the potential risks involved.

Release of Liability:
In consideration of being permitted to participate in open gymnastics activities at Twisters Gymnastics, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Twisters Gymnastics, its owners, instructors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may be sustained by me/my child while participating in these activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Acknowledgment:
I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. I voluntarily agree to its terms and acknowledge that I am signing this document legally and voluntarily by ticking the box in any PAYG, Twist Fests or Flip Schools
